haven been blogging. my bad. but these days just nothin much to blog abt. anniversary n xmas both over. juz had real simple celebrations. 4 anni we were both soso bz we cele in sch. went to e new ADM sch's rumoured romantic spot on top e slope grass rooftop. we had champange n cake 4 awhile n i got tired. (working really makes pple tired. at v early hours)

had a xmas potluck dinner gathering at huijun's hse. pics up later. send me e pics gals! simple dinner. hope everyone had fun :) thanx 4 org hj!

xmas eve was raining (wat's new? i hate rainy days!) went town 4 some real last min shopping! n it was SO packed. goodness! where did all e pple come fr man. den went wala wala with cui gerald robin n charlotte. ben n geraldine last min pang seh us for their special prog. hahas. anw had fun lar. drinks were one-for-one till lk 9. drank hoegaarden forbidden fruit 4 e first time. it's kinda more bitter den e normal hoegaarden n double e alcoholic content. e band was gd. lk really gd. enjoyed myself so much. not coz of e food e place e music. juz coz of e pple with me. thanks! :)

life has been really eventful. bday's over (thankfully everyting went well! :) aft e cele we went to st james. my first time there. or barely there i shd say. hahas. there were lk SO many pple. we couldnt get in. actualli more lk we didnt wan to queue. but den again. there was no queue. it was a MASS of pple. ok will go there some other time. den went altivo instead. gd choice lar. but i kinda prefer it b4 it was renovated. anw there was a live band that day. they dedicated a bday song to me. n dear got sabo-ed to go up n sing. it was so super hilarious. but realli touching. hahas. he sang love me by colin raye. along with all e other guys who saboed him. can u imagine e pain they put all e paying customers thru? hahas. anw i realli appreciated everyting that everyone has done for me n im realli thankful :)

my v timely bday present was also offers from all e big 4. hahas. may sound lk a gd ting but it sure is a hell of a headache to compare n finally decide which to accept. i mean there r juz a thousand n one factors to consider. e pple. e pay. e location. e furniture. e benefits. e bonus. it's my future we're tokin abt here. choosing e right first step would go a long way in my career. i hope. hahas. anw decided on pwc. let's juz hope 4 e best!

been doing my internship at kpmg. i feel my energy level at work dipping every single day. haiis.. cant imagine how it'll b lk when i realli start work. but pple at work are basically nice. basically. hahas. but i realli feel tax pple r more friendly n at home. as in they can tk off their shoes at work n call each other darling. i find it much more homely den in RAS. glad i transferred. i find snatching tables every morning a v stressful task. tax is gd. i get my own table! yay! food around e area is realli gd. i realize im always hungry by lunch time. working makes me crave 4 food. i guess that's abt e only ting that keeps me goin during work. hahas.

it's our 2nd annivesary in abt an hr's time. waiting 4 dear to come back fr his interhall billard den we'll pop e champange n celebrate!!!!! lovelovelove my dearrrrr!

My 21st Party....
was a great success! though pple didnt dress up but im realli v grateful for all the blessing n love i've received! n of coz e presents! hahas. if u turned up for my party, smsed me or in some way or another wished me a happy birthday, thank you! realli. it was realli memorable for me n indeed a v happy day.

lets start with e day before which i cele with my dear. first up we went to choose my present.

tis is my final choice :) it's a Elsa Peretti® Bean® pendant shaped in a heart. totally adore it! it's named tiffy! n tis period during my kp internship, it's tiffy which brings deardear close to my heart.

aft that dear brought me to Pete's Place. it's tis italian restaurant at Hyatts. he was so mean! stuffed me wif SO much food!! we ordered salad bar (free flow salad. they had smoked salmon!), calamari (e sauce was yummilious!) n seafood pizza (reminded me of e wala 1). hahas. ok n i couldnt read 99% of e menu. aft dinner we walked a lil round town to walk off dinner. n we decided to get some wine to cele at home. got a bottle of sparkling champange (pretty damn gd!) n small slice of cake fr e border bistro (soso onli). so had a mini cele at midnight wif his parents. was v heartwarming.

den came e big day! actualli not much tings to do lar. thanx to all those who came by early to help out! realli appreciated it!
e 'spider web' was disastrous lar. hahas. e caribbean is realli a beautiful condo. if ever i become rich i wana stay there man.
family who came fr both my mum n dad's side. n with ryan's parents n uncle auntie who booked tis place for me. love all of them! esp my parents. they tried their v best to help in every way they could. they had to entertain my relatives n my dad was e photog-in-charge plus he had to video e event. definitely a bz man. my dad insisted on wearing a brand new pressed shirt to my party. coming fr such a easy going (lazy) guy, realli meant alot. hahas. n of coz my mum who helped me get e cake n manymany moreee!!

my lovely nursings. pple i can always count on. no matter wat. so many of them had exams n they came anw. realli meant alot to me. n reading e 'newspaper' u all did 4 me. i muz admit that i teared. hahas. so many sweet wonderful memories we shared. many which i dun even recall myself. hahas. we've realli grown so much from the bunch of little gals we used to b. realli glad we're still stuck tog. hahas. those not here. bong n hj. thanx alot too!! n thanx 2 qingwei jeremy qihui galvin william weilong n shawn too!!

halfway thru e exams. left with 2 papers. i realli screw up today. sad :( wish i can have a second chance man. nowadays i cant fall aslp when ive paper e nxt day. i guess my bio clock is realli spoilt! i hate e feeling of not falling aslp n rolling abt in bed. booo! 2 more papers. n im already feelin so slack. hahas. tml's GE prob goin to study thru e nite or juz tml morn or sumting. n 206 nxt wk. dun even noe wat to study.

WE GOT IN!!! oh my gosh oh my gosh!!! hahas. took awhile 4 that to sink into me. yay! top 32. all e late nites. sundays in hall. bruises. aching muscles. everytingeveryting juz paid off! but i muz say that we realli wasted lotsa time at mediacorp juz waiting. esp when i have a paper e nxt day. cant even study coz was realli nervous. was realli scared. seeing other realli gd dancers fr all genres. actualli many teams b4 us which i tot were realli gd were in e mayb list. n e crew were sayin e judges were in a bad mood. hahas. anw tings turned out great! we got 4 YESSSSSS! hahhas. realli feel proud of us. we did it!!! actualli i feel that 4 competitions, alot depends on e judges. if they lk u, u're in. as simple as that. hahas. couldnt fall aslp e past 2 nites. e nite b4 was coz v nervous. n ydae was simply too happy :)

feeling kind of down now. haven been home 4 lk 3 wks? 2 wkends lar. ive been wanting to go home. i tink tis is kind of lk e first time i miss my parents n home so much in all my yrs stayin in hall. esp so tis wkend. it's their wedding anniversary n my bro passed his driving so we were supposed to go out n celebrate! but i had dance on both sat n sunday :( haiis. so we initially planned a sunday dinner but my phone had no reception blahblah. aiyah conclusion is i'll b eating canteen food (yet again) later. wat's worse is my mum tinks im too bz 4 them n i dun pick up my phone which is totally not e case.

went 4 nra's concert last nite. they r gd lar. but not as gd as blast. beat them hands down. but e amt of pple they have. totally SCARY. it's realli scary u noe. as kenji puts it. it's lk watchin e matrix. they juz get multiply. but still. it was $10 v worth it. but e hosts were crap. wish could talk less. totally dragged e whole concert. n daphane sang lk 4 songs? goodness. macham her own personal concert.

finally settled a place to hold my bday. but there's still lotsa tings to take care of. tryin not to tink abt it all at once. now it's one step at a time. aft dancefloor, focus on exams den bday planning den internship. wahhhhhhhh.

been shoppin online. ALOT. but luckily im too broke to realli buy much stuff. but still spendin lotsa time surfing through those stuff. sucks. im realli broke :( when will it rain money?

dear's been having probs with his comp lately. hopefully it's nothin major. he'll die w/o his comp. hahas. though that will mean spendin more time with me! we've been slping at weird hours these days. awake when normal pple r slpin n slpin when pple r awake. but wat's new. hahas. been eating more breakfast these days den i have e whole yr. hahas. seldom awake at 'breakfast time' u see.

went brewerkz for steve's bdae treat. he's realli a generous guy hopefully he gets e gal. we were sitted outside n there was tis other table that ran off w/o paying e bill. wat's worse is. they actually ordered takeaways! my godness! where did these pple come fr. didnt witness this lar. tink they juz walked away un-noticed. tina told us aft that. n e poor waitress serving e table has to pay ok. no wonder she cried. those pple shd rot in hell.

WE DID! n im so proud of us. even though we're not at top 32 which we initially tot they would select but im still glad our 1 mth of effort didnt go to waste! i had a great time

went 4 my weekly visit to see my granny at St Andrews. cant help but feel sad everytime i c her. but still haf to put on a cheery front n juz listen to her stories. she's makin improvements but it all tks time. i hope i wont burden my children when im old. i rather die den go blind or lose my ability to walk. i rather choose death over illness. which makes me realli respect the caregivers at these centres n e hosp. wonder how they remain so cheerful n patient seeing so much sadness n fustration.
