actualli wanted to go swimming/tanning coz im off todae! plus onli meetin ling later in e dae..budden when i turn on e tv..i changed my mind..not tat im lazy k! it's coz of 'in e pink of health' on cna..they r tokin abt how much sun is enuff blahblah n stuff..sounds v scary noe..e sun is lk poison! hahaas realli..for those out there who loves e sun (lk me) realli shd watch tis episode..i tink they keep repeatin 1 lar..hmm..tink i'll definitely aply sumting when im out in e sun..accordin to e show spf 15 is ideal lar..n u haf to lk touch up every 4hrs? lk crazy..even when u're indoors u shd apply sunscreen hahaas..n they keep stressin that sun exposure leads to skin cancer lk SO SCARY! hmm..n e expert's advice is to avoid e sun as much as poss..anw it juz started to rain so i cant swim too..hm..siann tot can do sum much needed sxercise todae..2 bad i guess.. ohh suddenly tot of dar..isnt he in a v dangerous position wif his constant exposure to sun!!! ohh no!!
